Account deletion
Precepte is a digital product developed and operated by FRC Consultores Associados LTDA.
Signed-in users can delete their own account directly in the app under Profile → Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, you can also initiate the request from this page.
Request deletion outside the app
Send the request using the address below, preferably from the same email address registered to the account. Include the institution linked to the account so that we can verify identity and locate the correct record.

What is deleted
- Authentication credential and account access.
- Session and notification tokens associated with the user.
- Personal profile data, which is removed or anonymized according to the deletion flow.
Data that may be retained
Institutional records required for legal, regulatory, security, or audit obligations may be retained for the applicable period. Where possible, these records are kept without personal profile data. The Privacy Policy describes the relevant categories and retention periods.

Processing and confirmation
After identity and request confirmation, FRC will process account deletion and communicate completion. Academic or administrative records that must be retained remain under the governance of the controller institution for the applicable legal or contractual period.
